TerapiConnect (“Platform”) is committed to providing services while respecting the privacy of its users. This privacy policy informs you about how your personal data is collected, processed, and protected.

The Platform operates in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Account information: User role (client or therapist), profile information
  • Communication data: Session history, appointment records
  • Payment information: Payment method and billing information (credit card details are not stored directly by us)

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data:

Video sessions are encrypted in transit via TLS, but they are not end-to-end encrypted (no E2EE). Our video infrastructure provider LiveKit can technically decrypt sessions, including the ones you consented to record.

7. Cookies

We work with trusted third-party providers for payment processing, video conferencing infrastructure, and analytics services. These providers only access data necessary for service delivery and are subject to their own privacy policies.
