1. Platform Definition
TerapiConnect is an online marketplace platform that connects independent psychological counselors and coaches with clients. TerapiConnect does not directly provide therapy services.
2. Account Creation
By registering on the platform, you agree that your information is accurate. Users under 18 are not permitted. Therapists must hold a valid professional license.
3. Payment
Fees are set by the therapist; the platform charges a 15-20% commission. For cancellation and refund terms, see the Cancellation & Refund Policy section below.
4. Liability
Therapists are independent professionals. TerapiConnect is not responsible for treatment outcomes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the client cancels more than 48 hours before the session, they receive a full refund (100%); cancelling 24–48 hours before results in a 50% refund; cancelling less than 24 hours before results in no refund. If the therapist cancels or does not show up, the client always receives a full refund (100%).
