How does TerapiConnect work?
TerapiConnect connects Turkish-speaking licensed psychologists and coaches with clients in the diaspora. Choose an expert, select a suitable time, and have your session via secure video call.
Are sessions secure?
Yes. All video sessions are encrypted. Your data is stored on EU-region servers in a KVKK and GDPR compliant infrastructure.
How can I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the session. Go to the "My Sessions" page, select the appointment and press "Cancel".
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Stripe (credit card, EUR/USD/GBP) for international payments and iyzico (credit card, debit card, TRY) for payments within Turkey.
How can I register as a therapist?
Sign up, select the "Expert" role and complete your profile. Upload your diploma and professional certificate for license verification. Our team will review within 1-3 business days.
